Rules for submitting offers to purchase the debtor’s assets

The insolvency administrator of the debtor’s estate of Sweet concept s.r.o., ID No. 10814809, registered office at Alej míru 609, 375 01 Týn nad Vltavou, offers for sale the debtor’s assets recorded in the Inventory of the Insolvency Estate dated 26 August 2026.

The sale of assets will further be carried out with the approval of the Regional Court in České Budějovice, in accordance with the conditions set out in resolution ref. KSCB 26 INS 10232/2026-B-10 dated 11 September 2026.

Terms of sale

The purchase agreement will be concluded with the bidder who submits the most advantageous offer to the administrator by 12 November 2026 at the latest.
Payment of the full purchase price shall be made by bank transfer prior to signing the purchase agreement to the insolvency estate account no. 207570246/2700 held at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., upon the administrator’s request for payment.

The administrator’s intention to sell the set of assets will be published on the administrator’s website www.ak-luzova.cz, www.asis.cz, www.portaldrazeb.cz, and on the portal www.burzaspravcu.cz. Only offers to purchase the complete set of assets will be accepted.

Rules for submitting offers

Offers to purchase the debtor’s set of assets must be sent by 12 November 2026 at the latest, or delivered in person by 12 November 2026 by 14:00 at the latest, in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“Do not open — Offer for purchase of the debtor’s set of movable assets Sweet concept s.r.o.”

Bidders may take part in the selection procedure if their offer includes:

the offered purchase price for the debtor’s set of assets — the price offer must be specific and precisely stated,
only offers to purchase the complete set of assets will be accepted,
precise identification of the bidder,
signature of the authorised person — legal entities must attach a current extract from the Commercial Register,
a declaration that the bidder is aware they are purchasing the assets in their current condition.

Handling of offers

The insolvency administrator will evaluate the offers within 20 days at the latest. The bidder with the most advantageous offer will be invited to pay the purchase price. If payment is not made within the stipulated period due to the bidder’s default, the second-ranked bidder may be invited at the administrator’s discretion.

Notice

Submission of an offer does not obligate the insolvency administrator to conclude a purchase agreement. The insolvency administrator reserves the right to reject offers without giving reasons, as well as to change the terms and rules for handling offers. Bidders who submit an offer in this connection may not claim any compensation for damages against the administrator that may arise should all offers be rejected.

Inspection of assets

Interested parties may inspect the assets by prior telephone arrangement with Mr Hájíček at tel. 720 496 655. The assets are stored at the address Týn nad Vltavou, ulice Pod Lesem.
